UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or
offer you a refund based on your original method of payment or a gift voucher.
All products must be be 100% complete, packed in the original, unmarked packaging
including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped
with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that
does not meet these requirements.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
For opened hardware and all other opened merchandise, including but not limited
to those with broken seals and opened packaging, there will be a 15% open box
fee assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Opened Merchandise will be issued a Gift Voucher (Store Credit) Only. **Some restrictions apply
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product,
please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's
warranty and contact them directly
Please note that GadgetLocker does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the
following products:
1. Product that is custom configured to your specifications
2. Opened memory
3. Opened software
4. Electronic software downloads
4. Opened Blank Media
RETURN PROCEDURE
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE MARKED RETURN
TO SENDER.
Please follow the instructions below carefully.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email
us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.
For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order
number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.
The product must be returned to the GadgetLocker warehouse within 10 business days of
the issuance of the RMA and within 21 days of the ship date of the product.
Your RMA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
If not it will be marked return to sender.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: GadgetLocker recommends that you (1) use a carrier that
offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package
for safe return to GadgetLocker or declare the full value of the shipment so that you
are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you
choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare
the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage
to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service
(USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day
waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. |
