When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 11 AM (EST) usually are shipped the same or following day. Most orders received Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on that following Monday. Most US orders are shipped to arrive in 2-3 days. 99% of orders are shipped from New York; some out of stock orders are drop shipped from the west coast.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your order on time, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, TDS will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Different shipping and billing address
To prevent fraud, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address. To prevent these delays, please let your bank know you will be ordering computer equipment from The Gadget Locker Store and are having it shipped to a different address.

Order lead time vs. shipping time
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Choosing a shipping company

United States Postal Service - USA, APO, FPO and CANADA ONLY
Shipping via USPS is usually the most inexpensive way to ship. Once shipped most packages going anywhere in the Lower 48 states usually arrive within 2-5 Business days. Sometimes USPS shipping can take up to 10 business day.
No tracking information will be provided.
Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

UPS - USA ONLY
With UPS you can track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse untill the time it gets to your door. You can chose Next Day, Second Day, Three Day and Ground (for an estimated shipping time via UPS ground from our warehouse click here).

UPS - INTERNATIONAL ONLY (Shipping to Canada is sent via USPS)
To provide you with what we have found to be the safest and fastest overseas shipping method we now offer UPS. It is more expensive than some other shipping methods, but the loss of package rate is very low. With UPS you can track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse untill the time it gest to your door.
